The NHS London Health & Justice Team, in collaboration with Peer Power Youth, have created an Inequalities Dynamic Toolkit that includes various resources to support young people’s access to health services and improvements in the care they receive. The toolkit aims to provide adults and young people a voice in a format that is creative and best suits them. We hope the toolkit is a useful resource for services users, their families and health colleagues alike.
